Competition of young designers of shoes

Department of Product Design of Faculty of Multimedia Communication (ÚOO FMK) of Thomas Bata University in Zlin and company Sophics, spol. s r.o., have organized the competition of students of fourth year-class of Footwear Design Program for the best design made on software 3DCrispin (ShoeDesign) of company Delcam.

After first semester the students concentrated themselves mostly to management of software and created easy going but interesting designs.

There were sent 12 designs. The best one was Věra Jakubičková with follow designs of lady walking and man sport shoes:

Lenka Čejková took the second place with the man walking shoe:

As third there was valued the design of lady formal shoe from Hana Šafaříková:

The jury was led by professor Zamazal from ÚOO FMK and also members from Sophics participated. The first places are combined with small finance award given by Sophics which was hand down to students by the dean professor Janíková.
